What I can do
- Build team tooling: custom codemods, shared packages and ESLint plugins at Bajaj Finserv Health, alongside taking test coverage from 30% to 85%.
- Write codemods with jscodeshift that change code by meaning, not by find-and-replace, so a rename across a codebase leaves formatting and unrelated code alone.
- Explain them: Understanding codemods is a teaching repo with transforms and a talk, Should we care about codemods?.
- Script the repetitive parts of a workflow, with tests: media conversion to WebP and WebM, linting in CI, deploy helpers.
How I learned it
Needing to change a large React Native codebase at Bajaj Finserv Health without a week of manual edits, then teaching it to make sure I understood it.
