llms.txtbefore every build from the live blog, and falls back cleanly if the API is down. (This site does the same: see/me.md.) - Make pages fast: Lighthouse and PageSpeed audits on production builds, images moved to WebP and video to WebM, lazy-loaded routes, and a weekly PageSpeed trend report.
- Automate launches: a Claude Code skill that takes a new Pixro tool from research to a landing page, blog drafts and correctly sized images, then publishes through 18 channel integrations (X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Medium, Bluesky, Threads, Pinterest, Telegram and more).
How I learned it
Pixro needed customers and had no marketing budget, so search and launches became engineering problems.
